| Why
should I use your service? |
Using a free web hosting provider is probably a fastest way
to get your web site online. No hassle with payment, credit
cards, verification, billing every month (and having your site
blocked if transaction fails). The tradeoffs are few - like
the advertisement (remember, the server itself, it's connection
to the Net and time that staff spends taking care of things,
it all costs money so it is pretty natural for the service owners
to try to get invested money back by selling ad space). However,
we are doing our best to keep ads as small and unobtrusive as
possible. We can guarantee you that we will not be using pop-up
ads, we hate them ourselves.

| Will
I get enough resources for my site? |
We are giving you 200 Megs of disk space, that is more than
enough for a large site. 2000 megabytes of data transfer per
month is adequate as well, and we can always increase that number
if needed (on am individual basis).

| How
do I upload my files to my web space? |
Use
any FTP client you like. Set your web site name as a "host"
in FTP client options (for example, "mysite.familyhosting.info"),
and use your username and password that you specified when signing
up.

| Can
I use server-side scripting, like PHP and CGI? |
Nope.
Sorry about that, but in order to maintain an integrity of the
service and provide equally fast and reliable hosting to everybody,
we decided not to allow any server-side scripting. You can,
however, use client-side scripting, no limitation on Javascript
usage.

| Can
I get an e-mail address and use your server to send out e-mails? |
Sorry,
no. We understand that there are many perfectly legitimate uses
for e-mail but we had too many problems with spammers so we
decided to stop providing e-mail feature at all.

| Can
I upload my own MP3s? |
We
are very sorry to say that, but no. No MP3s, no AVIs, no EXEs.
The only allowed file types are *.htm*, *.png, *.jpg, *.jpeg,
*.gif, and *.js. We do not allow hosting of audiovisual content
and executable files on our server. The reason is pretty simple
- to avoid abuse and maintain service integrity AND equally
fast hosting for everybody.

| Can
I use my web space for storage of files? |
Hotlinking
is not allowed on our server. That means, all files should be
accessed by following links on your web site located on our
server. Uploading an image and then giving a link to it in forums
will not work.

need help - what should I do? |
| Please
use a form on"contact us" page. Please make sure you
enter a valid and working e-mail address when filling a form,
otherwise we will not be able to help. |
