In short, our Terms are pretty simple and can be described by following:

1. No adult, pornography, erotica sites of ANY kind, neither pictures, nor texts.
2. No illegal sites including but no limited to: warez, ROMs, hackz, hate, harassing, racist propaganda etc.
3. No audio or video files (including but not limited to MP3s and AVIs). Even if you own the copyrights.
4. No copyrights violation of any kind.
5. No executable content - the only exception is web sites of programmers with their own legal and nondestructive scripts' listings.
6. No hotlinking. We are a web hosting, not a file storage.
7. No spamming (sending unsolicited e-mails with reference to account on our servers).
8. The service is provided on "as is" basis, with no guarantee of any kind. We do our best to keep servers up, but we can not guarantee exact uptime percentage.
9. Keeping backup of web site content is a sole responsibility of a user. We do not make/keep backups.
10. Any offending site will be deleted immediately.
11. We are not responsible for a content on users web sites.

Fasthost4all.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Fasthost4all.com if we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

Fasthost4all.com reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

The following content is prohibited on our network:

• Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
• Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to our discretion.
• Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fasthost4all.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including attorney's fees asserted against Fasthost4all.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fasthost4all.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fasthost4all.com' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Fasthost4all.com' server.

Fasthost4all.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Fasthost4all.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Fasthost4all.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Fasthost4all.com and its employees. Fasthost4all.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
